Every Banowi piece is checked by hand before it leaves the atelier. Here is exactly how shipping works, what it costs, and how to send something back if it is not right.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and the delivery estimates above count from dispatch. As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email — you can also follow it any time on our track order page.

Returns — 7 days, no fuss

You have 7 days from delivery to return any unworn item with its tags attached for a full refund. Returns are free within the US and EU. To start one:

  1. 1Sign in and open the order under Account → Orders, so you have your order number to hand.
  2. 2Email us at support@banowi.com (or message us via Support) quoting your order number and the pieces you are sending back — we confirm your return and send the prepaid label and packing instructions.
  3. 3Pack the pieces unworn, with tags attached, and drop the parcel off with the carrier on the label.
  4. 4We email you when your return arrives. Once it passes inspection, your refund or exchange is on its way.

Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges ship free both ways, and the replacement is reserved the moment your return is scanned, so popular sizes do not sell out while you wait.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return arrives and passes inspection. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. For cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders, our team arranges the refund with you directly — just reply to your confirmation email or contact us at support@banowi.com.

Before you return it — we repair for life

If a piece has failed you — a seam, a button, a zip — send it back at any age and we will repair it free rather than replace it. A garment that lasts decades is the only honest sustainability claim. Arrange a repair.
